WITTCO is a managed IT services provider headquartered in Lacombe, Louisiana. We provide managed IT support, cloud technology, cybersecurity, business phone systems, infrastructure cabling, website design, AI solutions, custom application development, custom hardware, and related technology services to businesses in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

10. Mobile Terms of Service

The following terms apply to the WITTCO SMS/text messaging program (“WITTCO Service Notifications”). These Mobile Terms supplement the general Terms of Service above and our Privacy Policy (SMS section).

10.1 Program Description

WITTCO Service Notifications — When you opt in, you will receive text messages from WITTCO related to your IT services. Messages may include service appointment confirmations, system status alerts, project updates, support communications, and billing reminders.

10.2 Opt-In & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from WITTCO (whether via our website, a written form, or verbally), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the number provided. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

10.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive messages related to active service appointments, system alerts, or billing notifications. Typical frequency is up to 10 messages per month, though this may increase during active service engagements.

10.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan. WITTCO is not responsible for any messaging or data fees charged by your carrier.

10.5 Opt-Out

To stop receiving text messages from WITTCO, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of text messages will not affect your service agreement or your ability to receive services from WITTCO.

10.7 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most other national and regional carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Similarly, no wireless carrier is liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10.8 Carrier Disclaimer

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or received from WITTCO. Message frequency varies. 10.9 SMS Privacy

Your phone number and opt-in data will not be sold to or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.

12. Changes to These Terms
