What is super intelligence (SI)?
Super intelligence, also written superintelligence or SI, is the next step past today’s AI: systems that outperform the best people at almost any thinking task, not just one. The largest AI labs are openly building toward it. For a small business the practical steps are the same either way: get your data organized and secured, put today’s AI to work on real tasks, and work with someone who keeps you current as the tools get more capable.
How is a custom AI assistant different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT knows a little about everything and nothing about your company. A custom assistant is connected to your own documents, prices and policies, so it answers questions about your business and shows where each answer came from.
Is our data safe?
We set up AI on business accounts and private infrastructure where your data isn’t used to train anyone else’s models, and we limit what each person can see. Your files stay under your control.
Do we need a lot of data to get started?
Usually not. A website, an FAQ document and a handful of policy PDFs are enough for a useful first assistant. We’ll look at what you have and tell you honestly what’s possible.
What does it cost?
A simple assistant typically starts around $3,000 to $8,000. Larger document search systems and custom-trained models usually run $10,000 to $30,000 or more, depending on the data. Monthly plans cover hosting, monitoring and updates.
Will AI replace my staff?
That isn’t the goal. The point is to take the repetitive work off good people so they can spend their day on customers and judgment calls.
How long until something is working?
A focused assistant or automation is often live in two to four weeks. Bigger document projects take four to eight weeks, and custom-trained models six to twelve.
