Can you help us get Microsoft or Google nonprofit pricing?
Yes. We check your eligibility, handle the applications and set up the accounts once you are approved. Microsoft and Google change these programs from time to time, so we'll tell you what is available when we start.
Do you support Bloomerang, DonorPerfect and other donor databases?
Yes. We handle user access, sign-in security and connections to your email and accounting, and we work with the vendor on anything inside the software itself. If donor data is scattered across spreadsheets, we can help bring it into one place.
How should we handle volunteers who need computer access?
Give each regular volunteer their own login with access to only what they need, and turn it off when they stop volunteering. For one-day events, a locked-down shared device works fine. We set up both and keep a list so no old accounts are left open.
Can a small nonprofit afford managed IT?
