Can you get internet to a jobsite trailer?
Usually, yes. Depending on the site, we use cellular, satellite or a wired line when one is available, then add a firewall and Wi-Fi we can manage from our office. When the job wraps up, the equipment can move to the next site.
Do you support Procore and Buildertrend?
Yes. We handle user setup, device access and the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts your team signs in with, and we work with the vendor when the problem is on their side. If you need something those tools don't do, we can build it.
How do we stop fake invoices and bank change requests?
Start with one rule: any change to a vendor's or sub's bank details gets confirmed by phone at a number you already have. We add email filtering, multi-factor sign-in and training for whoever pays the bills. These scams depend on someone acting quickly on a convincing email, so slowing that moment down helps a lot.
Our superintendents share tablets. Is that a problem?
Not if the tablets are set up for it. We lock shared tablets down to the apps crews need, keep them updated and can wipe one remotely if it goes missing. Accounting, payroll and bids stay behind individual logins.
