Our machines run old versions of Windows. What can we do?
That's common, because machine software often isn't supported on newer versions. We put those PCs on their own network, limit what they can reach and back them up so a failure doesn't mean starting over. When replacing one makes sense, we plan it with you and the machine vendor.
Do you support our ERP?
We support what your ERP runs on: servers, databases, backups, the network and user access. For the software itself, we work with your ERP vendor or reseller, and we can build integrations to your other systems when you need them.
How should machine vendors connect remotely?
Through a controlled connection we set up, turned on when they need it and logged. That replaces the always-on remote desktop tools that tend to pile up on plant PCs and give attackers an easy way in.
Where does AI fit in a manufacturing business?
Mostly in the office, at least to start. Common first projects are pulling purchase orders and invoices out of email, answering questions from your own manuals and procedures with the source cited, and building reports from ERP data.
